Goes on like a polish, wears like a gel, easy removal. Your mirror finish nails will be completely CURED by the end of your service. That's right, not just dry, cured. The gloEnzyme is an exfoliant with fruit enzymes and salicylic acid that break down dead skin for a smoother appearance. LACTIC ACID PEEL
Lactic Acid is derived from dairy and because of its natural occurrence in our bodies, Lactic Acid Peels tend to be safe even for very sensitive skin and do not often cause allergic reactions. Lactic Acid Peels are not deep peels, they work to exfoliate and peel off the top layer of skin. It will take more than one peel to see significant results in fading or eliminating acne scars. With larger molecules than other AHA's, such as glycolic acid, Lactic Acid penetrates the skin more slowly which causes less of a burning sensation during the peel. Recommended for aging, acne,grades I and II, dry, dehydrated skin, hyperpigmentation and sun damage.

GLYCOLIC ACID PEEL
Glycolic Acid is derived from sugar cane. Glycolic helps stimulate growth of new skin, collagen and elastin by penetrating the skin and dissolving the glue that holds dead skin cells together on the surface of the skin. This allows dead cells to be gradually removed leaving behind a layer of healthy smooth skin. Additionally, Glycolic removes the amount of oil on the surface of the skin making it good for oily skin and aiding in the removal of blackheads and other skin impurities. Due to smaller molecular size, the Glycolic peel will have more of a sensation than the Lactic Acid peel. Glycolic is not recommended for sensitive skin and can NOT be added to a facial. Glycolic Acid Peels help to improve ingrown hairs, sun-damaged skin, fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, mild acne, acne scars, uneven texture, refining and toning pores.

SALICYLIC ACID PEEL
The Salicylic Acid Peel uses 30% Salicylic Acid. This is an antiseptic beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that smoothes skin and improves texture with anti-acne and anti-irritant properties. It is derived from the bark of a willow tree and is a metabolite of aspirin. Salicylic acid is different from most acids, It is lipid soluble which means that it is more effective than AHA's on oily complexions. It penetrates deeper into the skin as well. Not recommended for clients with aspirin allergies, or sensitive skin. It can NOT be added to a facial. It is helpful for acne, acne scars, blackheads/whiteheads, mild rosacea, rough skin and hyperpigmentation.

Meet Our Therapists
Deshell - Massage Therapist
Deshell was inspired to become a Massage Therapist after recieving a massage herself. She began her training in 1995 and has since then accumulated over 800 hours in certifications including specialized courses in Sports Massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, and Pre-Natal.
Deshell explored many facets of the industry before joining Bodylines Day Spa in 2007. Each massage she performs is different she says because she "listens" to each client and their body to determine their needs. Deshell particularly enjoys giving Deep Tissue and Pre-Natal Massage.
In 2010, she completed training as a Medical Assistant and feels that familiarity with health related isssues brings a deeper understanding to her massage practice as well.
Gisele - Esthetician, Reiki Practitioner
Gisele received her Esthetics license in 2003 with a dream of pursuing a career as a make up artist. She found a home at Bodylines Day Spa in September of 2004.
She has an enthusiastic clientele and is in great demand for her expertise in brow waxing, threading, and skin care, Gisele is now taking on the challenge of learning Air Brush Make-Up.
Gisele has a passion for skin care combined with an artistic eye and we are excited to showcase her talents with our various Make-Up services.

Maryanne - Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner
Maryanne celebrated her 10th year as a Massage Therapist and 6th year as a Reike Master Practitioner in 2011.
After owning her own Day Spa and working with Chiropractors, Maryanne now works full time enjoying one on one sessions with both new and requested clientele.
Maryanne's specialties include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Oncology Massage, and Swedish/Reiki Combination Sessions.
Nicky M. - Massage Therapist
Nicky began her massage training in 2001 at Arizona School of Massage Therapy where she gained a deep awareness of the body and learned techniques for bringing healing to others as well as herself. After completing school in May of 2002, she further honed her skills working in a Chiropractic office.
Nicky then moved on to a resort spa, Firesky Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, AZ. She spent six years there and had the opportunity to receive training in Indonesian and European body treatments as well as La Stone certification. She continued her training by taking courses in medical massage techniques and Michael Young's Repetitive Use Injury Therapy.
Nicky's intention is to provide an intuitive massage session for each client. She has already progressed towards this goal by combining her own practice of Kundalini Yoga with her years of hands on experience and extensive continuing education. She also plans to travel to Big Sur and receive certification in Esalen Massage.

To ensure that you get the specific treatments and times you prefer, it is best to schedule an appointment. We can sometimes accomodate same day appointments, though some therapists and specialized treatments will have better availability if you schedule ahead of time. We are happy to assist you in choosing just the right treatment for you at the time of booking. Not all therapists perform all treatments so please call ahead if you think you would like to change your treatment.
Can Bodylines accomodate groups and spa parties?
Yes! With advance notice Bodylines can create a package that your group will love, whether it's just one treatment, or you spend an entire day. Group reservations must be reserved with a credit card and 15% gratuity is included for groups of 6 or more.
Does Bodylines offer gift cards?
Bodylines gift cards are available in any dollar amount and may be picked up at the spa or ordered by phone. They may be redeemed for Spa Treatments, products, and gratuities. Gift Cards may not be redeemed with our Wellness Partners. Gift Cards do not expire and and are not redeemable with coupons. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Bodylines recommends that you arrive 10-20minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow plenty of time for you to check in and get relaxed before your treatment. There are locker rooms with dry sauna and showers available for use before or after your treatment. Treatment time may be adjusted at full fee for late arrivals.
What do I need to bring with me?
Bodylines provides most things that you will need for your visit, including robes, slippers, towels, hairdryers, and toiletries. It is best to leave valuables and jewelry at home. Please silence all cell phones before entering the spa.
What is the mimimum age to receive a treatment?
Ages 12 and above may receive skin care or nail treatments. For a massage the minimum age is 18.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bodylines maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy, Appointments cancelled with less than this notice will be charged the full fee.
Can you accomodate guests with special needs?
Bodylines makes every effort to accomodate special needs. Please let us know at the time you are booking your appointment if there is anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable. Please do let us know at the time of booking if you are or suspect you are pregnant. Pre-Natal Massages may be performed during the second and third trimester, no massage may be performed during the first trimester.
