COMPANY DESCRIPTION: 10 Treatment Rooms, Locker rooms w/Dry Saunas, Conference Room for Spa Parties and Meetings. Open 7 days. Treatments include Massage, Facials, and Body Treatments. INDUSTRY (Spa, Chiropractic, Massage Studio, etc.): Day Spa
Positions: Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Front Desk
PART-TIME/FULL-TIME Must be available to work some weekend and evening shifts.
MASSAGE MODALITIES REQUIRED Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal (Reflexology & Stone Massage, or dual (CMT/Esthetician) a plus) Must be willing to be trained in body treatments such as scrubs and wraps.
Massage Therapists must obtain their Massage permit with the San Ramon Police Department. 500 hrs and AMTA membership (or like association) is required.
ESTHETICS MODALITIES REQUIRED Facials and Depilatory Waxing (must be willing to be trained in Peels and Micro-dermabrasion. Dual CMT/Esthetician a plus).
Estheticians must be licensed by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
FRONT DESK Phones, appointments, customer service, basic computer skills required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/BENEFITS: Having a “customer service” and “team effort” attitude is critical. Proper grooming and the ability to clearly communicate with clients is mandatory. Due to travel time issues in the past, we require employees live local (30 minutes) to San Ramon. Full time employees (30 hours) are eligible for Dental and Medical benefits.
