Spa Amenities

All Spa services 30 minutes or greater include the use of Spa robes, slippers, towels, lockers, showers and dry saunas. Bodylines is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property. Please leave valuables at home.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment so that your session can begin on time. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. So that the following client is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at full fee.

New Clients

During your initial visit, you will need a few additional minutes prior to you first appointment to fill out a brief questionnaire. You will receive a guided tour of our Spa and amenities and complimentary refreshments.

Treatment Contraindications

For health and safety reasons, any client with heart or circulation problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, under medication or any other health issue/injury should consult with their physician before receiving any Spa treatment or using the Dry Sauna. It is recommended that pregnant women do not receive massage until the second trimester. They should not receive body wraps or any treatment that involves excessive heat.

Gratuities

Our Spa therapists pride themselves in delivering excellent service. Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

Because your space is reserved for you, a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required or full fee is due. Full fee is due for cancellations on "same day" appointments. A credit card guarantee or gift certificate number is required on all appointments. Thank you!

Group Spa Package/Event Room Terms and Policies

24 hour cancellation policy applies. Six person minimum. No exceptions.
15% Gratuity will be applied to all Special Event Party treatments.
Full payment is due the day of event, unless other arrangements are made. The credit card listed will be charged the full fee the day of the event.
Treatment upgrades/changes may affect pricing. Treatments subject to current pricing.
Bodylines Day Spa is not responsible for lost valuables. Please leave them at home.
Police ordinance does not permit alcohol on premises.

Scheduling an appointment is acceptance of all Spa Polices. Thank you!

Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds. Store credit will be issued on all products with receipt within 30 days. No exceptions.

Couples Massage

Couple massage recipients must be 18 years old.
Minors: Must have signed permission by parent or adult guardian.
Must leave underwear on during treatments.
