Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Bodylines Day Spa's hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am - 9pm, Saturday 9am - 7pm and Sunday 10 am-5pm. If these times do not accommodate your schedule, we invite you to try our other day spa, Spa Bella, with different hours of operation. Please visit our Spa Bella website for more information.

Q: Do you have both male and female therapists?
A: Yes, and if you have a preference, please notify us at the time you make
your reservation.

Q: What are the added benefits your day spa offers?
A: All day spa services include the use of lockers, towels, hair dryers, robes and slippers, and other personal amenities as available. Complimentary refreshments are available in our Client Lounge. Bodylines Day Spa is not responsible for loss or damage of any personal property. Please leave valuables at home.

Q: How soon should I contact you for Saturday appointments?
A: We recommend contacting us two weeks in advance to book Saturday appointments, as these times fill up quickly. We are open on Sunday for your convenience. If Bodylines Day Spa can not accommodate your schedule, we can contact our other day spa, Spa Bella in Dublin and try to schedule an appointment for you. Q: When should I plan to arrive at the day spa?
A: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment so that your session can begin on time. Starting your session on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. So that the following client is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at full fee. During your initial visit, new clients will need a few additional minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out a brief questionnaire. You will receive a guided tour of our day spa and amenities and complimentary refreshments.

Q: Are there any health conditions that I need to disclose before my day spa appointment?
A: Please be aware that if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, services that involve the application of heat are not advised. We also need to be informed of any skin irritations, infections and/or injuries prior to your day spa treatment. Please consult your doctor first.

Q: Do I have to leave a gratuity?
A: On day spa parties of 4 or more people with multiple services, a 15% gratuity will be automatically added. Gratuities on all other services will be left to the discretion of our clients and is much appreciated.

Q: Can I cancel my day spa appointment?
A: Because your space is reserved for you, a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required or full fee is due. Full fee is due for cancellations on "same day" appointments. You will not be charged if we can fill your space. A credit card guarantee or gift certificate card number is required on all appointments.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, local checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and
American Express.
