1. One (1) day spa point will be given for each dollar spent
at Bodylines. If a gift certificate card is purchased the purchaser
will receive day spa points at the time the gift certificate
card is purchased - no exceptions. When 200 day spa points are
accumulated, a free VIP coupon will be issued at a value of
$15. This coupon may be used on a future services with a minimum
$15 purchase.
2. VIP Card must be presented at time of purchase. If card is
not present, day spa points will not be issued.
3. Bodylines is not responsible for lost or damaged cards. A
new card may be issued with a $5 service fee and a zero balance.
4. VIP Rewards Cards are not transferable.
5. VIP Discount and E-mail Coupons :
- Valid on services only unless otherwise
specified.
- May not be used to purchase retail unless
otherwise specified.
- Valid for 3 months from receipt unless
otherwise specified. There will be no exceptions.
- One per person, per visit.
- Not valid with other promotions.
- No cash refunds if the amount of the sale
is less than the total amount of the coupon being redeemed.
Unused portion is void.
