COVID-19 Spa Updates
We are excited about the safe re-opening of the state.
here are a few updates at the spa
Following cdc Recommendations:
If you are currently unvaccinated, masks are required at all times on the premises.
If you are vaccinated/boosted, masks are optional on the premises.
Locker rooms and saunas are open.
Locker Rooms:
Locker Rooms are now available for guests' use. Bathrobes, sandals & shower towels are available for use inside our women's and men's locker rooms.
Our complimentary lockers are available to use for clothing and personal belonging storage on the day of your service. If you are interested, please inquire at the Bodylines Day Spa front desk to receive a lock & key for the time being of your stay. Please take your belongings by the end of your session and return the lock & key to the front desk.
Saunas:
The saunas at the spa are now available for guests' use. Wind down and use the sauna for its multiple health benefits that include relieving stress, flushing toxins & much more!
We only ask that you remove all ear & neck jewelry prior to entering. Please, bring a water cup with you, inside the sauna.
If you struggled or currently struggle with uncontrolled high BP, have any heat-related health concerns, or are pregnant; please refrain from using the sauna.
Couples Massage:
Couples' same-room Massage is now available for guests.

Prenatal massages:
Prenatal massages are now available for guests.
We ask that you must be at least 12-weeks to book your appointment.

Social Distancing
Only guests that are receiving a Bodylines Day Spa treatment are allowed in the treatment room during any service.
*Exceptions: a parent or guardian will be allowed to accompany a minor.
Hand Sanitizer &
Disinfectants
New: Hand sanitizer will still be provided throughout the facility for your use.
Frequently touched items such as credit card machines, door handles, etc. will be frequently sanitized using EPA Registered Hospital Grade Disinfectants that meets OSHA Blood borne Pathogens Standards.
New: Robe and sandals are now available for use in the guest locker rooms.
Clients are encouraged to wait for their treatment time in the Guest Lounge or Locker Rooms.
Service Charge
Our first priority is safety for our staff, customers and the community in which we reside. We’ve invested in multiple safety enhancements to mitigate the current health situation. These investments have come at a cost and increased the cost of doing business. For this reason, we will be assessing a $2-5 fee per treatment each time you visit us for a scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding.
UPGRADED AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
UV Air Scrubbers Lights have been installed in our central HVAC system. This system purifies the air by removing viruses, bacteria, and mold.
In addition, individual Hepa filters units have been placed in each treatment room to further purify the air.
Appointments & Cancellation Policy:
For the safety of all involved, we ask that you refrain from coming to appointments if you are sick or have symptoms such as: coughing, sneezing, fever, chills, shortness of breath, nausea, etc. or if you have been asked to be quarantined or isolated because of exposure to COVID-19 or any other condition.
We have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients.
If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. There will be no penalties for cancellations.
As always, we will ask for your credit card information to promote contact-free payments. The front desk will no longer be taking cash gratuity payments for therapist.
If you wish to tip your therapist a yellow envelope will be provided in your treatment room.
*tips are not required but highly appreciated.
