* Minimum monthly billing is $85.00, and can be increased to cover your most used service(s). Prices are subject to change at any time.

*** Upon cancellation, any unused credits can be used at club pricing for 60 days. Any credit remaining after 60 days is subject to non-club pricing. No refunds, no exceptions.
